Beach and Group Records Forms

Form 3 Action

Form 3 is for documenting a completed activity undertaken by the Sandwatch group to  address a particular issue that was identified in Form 2. The activity may be small scale and take less than one month to complete or larger scale and take several months to complete.
    • Form 3 is for documenting an activity undertaken by the Sandwatch group to beautify the beach, to build resilience to climate change and/or address a particular issue that was identified in Form 2.
    • The activity may be small-scale and take less than one month to complete e.g. a beach clean-up or larger-scale and take several months to complete, e.g. planting deep rooting trees and shrubs behind the beach and providing follow-up care for the new plants.
    • Only complete Form 3 when the activity is completed.
    • List the goals, the steps you will undertake to achieve those goals and the proposed time frame.
    • Also include the resources you will need and any partners you may wish to involve.
    • Include the reasons for selecting this particular activity, e.g. the community was concerned about this issue, the beach had a lot of plastic debris, or the activity would help us with our social sciences assignments.
